Great job removing a 2 story high Palm tree from my backyard. The palm was in a tight space by the pool and the crew did an excellent job navigating the challenges this created. They went out of their way to protect my pool and surrounding landscape. Nice job from start to clean up. Highly recommend the Urban Arborist!

Keith and crew were very thorough in removing the tree, stump, and even getting out major roots so the new tree could grow well. They cleaned up after themselves and even helped me move some landscaping rocks that were too heavy for me. Really appreciate they were here on time and didn't half ass anything.

Had a great experience with The Urban Arborist. We got a quote and was scheduled very quick. He emailed me a detailed quote with options to respond. The price was fair for both sides. They happened to have an opening very soon after which was nice to get my project done.
The crew showed up with a nice work truck, both introduced themselves and we went over what we wanted. They got right to work and made quick work of this small project. We had several tree removal services bid to remove an unhealthy coastal redwood from a very tight area of our backyard. The tree had grown so big it was up against our fence and hanging over one neighbor's roof, and another neighbor's backyard landscape & pool. Urban Arborist's price was not the lowest bid but we felt the price was very fair for such a large job. We were so impressed with Dave's explanation of the removal process and his awareness of the tight situation and the safety of the surrounding homes. The office staff was great about providing the insurance documents we requested and keeping us informed about the day and time work would be performed. The guys who arrived to remove the tree did a great job, were polite, and also respectful of the entire area around the removal project. They cleaned up our yard and both of my neighbor's affected yards too. We would definitely recommend Urban Arborist for tree removal.

It doesn't get much smoother or more pleasant than the tree removal and stump grinding on an unhealthy ~20 year old tree that I had with The Urban Arborist. A+ and I will support their business in the future!

We had Urban Arborist do some long needed tree trimming. We had a 30 year old plum tree removed, a tall oak tree thinned and shaped, and a neighbors Fruited Mulberry hanging over my house and yard.
The crew was on time, friendly, polite, and professional. They frequently checked with us to make sure we were all on the same page, we were. They did a great cleanup job also. If you need tree work, they are great and I highly recommend them.

We had two huge trees removed from our front yard. The root system was taking over everything. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable and hard workers. The entire job of removing the tress, stump and root grinding was done in a minimal amount of time. Oh did I mention...they were extremely prompt to answer my inquiry and the price was more than reasonable. Very pleased with their work

The Urban Arborist was extremely thorough in their work. We had them come out to prune four plum trees. They were very fair priced and professional. We will definitely be using them again!
